Role Description Supercell Network is seeking a full-time on-site Software Development Manager to join our team in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Software Development Manager will oversee software development teams, drive project management efforts, and ensure the design and implementation of efficient distributed systems. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, mentoring team members, planning and executing software development strategies, and fostering a collaborative environment to meet goals efficiently and effectively. Qualifications • Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain scalable and high-performance applications. • Strong Team Leadership and Project Management skills to manage team dynamics and oversee project delivery within deadlines. • Knowledge of Distributed Systems and experience integrating diverse technologies to ensure smooth and efficient system operation. • Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Experience managing software projects in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
