Location: Mosul, Working Hours: 9 Hours Per Day / 5 Days Per Week On-site Job Type: Full Time Job Summary Responsible for collecting, organizing, and entering data into databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. The role involves verifying data integrity, processing reports, and supporting teams in data-related needs. The position requires strong attention to detail and a high degree of organization to ensure data quality and security. Duties & Responsibilities • Accurately Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. • Perform data verification and cleanup to remove duplicates and correct errors, maintaining the integrity of the database. • Familiarity with data processing software and tools to effectively perform data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks. • Generate and distribute reports based on data analysis, providing insights and summaries for other departments to utilize. • Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and policies. • Collaborate with team members to identify data discrepancies and resolve issues. • Ensure data confidentiality and security standards are adhered to. • Perform quality checks on data and provide feedback for improvement. • Support project management tasks as required, including documentation and reporting. • Solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Editing and re-arranging information, including highlighting parts of the text, moving paragraphs from one page to another, and formatting data into columns. Qualifications • An associate's or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. • Leveraged computer science principles to optimize data processing, storage, and retrieval, boosting efficiency in data operations. • Proven experience in data entry or data processing roles, preferably in an IT environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of relevant computer applications and programs. • Proven proficiency in SQL, R, and other data processing languages is preferred, resulting in improved data quality and consistency.
