Role Description The Software Implementation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Erbil. This role is responsible for planning and executing software implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing tools. The specialist collaborates with clients to understand their business requirements, translates these into system setups, and provides training and guidance to end users. Daily activities include troubleshooting implementation issues, coordinating with technical and support teams, documenting processes and configurations, and ensuring solutions align with best practices for IT service and enterprise management. The role also involves ongoing post-implementation support, monitoring system performance, and recommending improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and solution adoption. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills to understand business processes, interpret requirements, and design effective implementation solutions. • Hands-on experience with software implementation, including configuration, data migration, testing, and integration of enterprise or IT management systems. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and coordinate with internal teams. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support to diagnose issues, resolve system errors, and guide users through technical challenges. • Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, ITAM, or related IT governance and service management frameworks is highly beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Ability to work on-site in Erbil, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. • Experience with Zoho, ManageEngine, or similar enterprise tools is an advantage.
