About the Role Appoya is looking for motivated and confident Sales Representatives to help businesses modernize the way they manage appointments. You'll meet business owners face-to-face, demonstrate our software, and help them subscribe to Appoya. This is a field sales role, so you'll spend most of your time visiting businesses such as law firms, clinics, salons, barbershops, and other appointment-based businesses. Recruitment Process We hire based on performance. All candidates begin with a training period, where you'll learn: • How Appoya works. • How to present the product professionally. • How to approach and communicate with business owners. • Effective sales techniques and objection handling. During training, your performance will be evaluated using predefined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Candidates who successfully meet these KPIs will receive an offer to join our team as a paid Sales Representative. Responsibilities • Visit businesses door-to-door to introduce Appoya. • Demonstrate the software to business owners. • Explain the benefits and subscription plans. • Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers. • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activity. • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Confidence speaking with business owners. • Willingness to work outdoors and travel within the assigned area. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required. Compensation • Base Salary: Approximately 400,000 IQD per month. • Performance Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses based on sales results and KPI achievement. • Opportunities for career growth as Appoya expands.
