Are you ready to join us on this journey? What You'll Be Doing? Job Description • Acts as the primary local IT point of contact for the Iraq manufacturing site and owns the daytoday IT operations and technical continuity of the site. • Provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. • Ensures the continuity of local LAN/WLAN, internet connectivity, and site IT infrastructure; performs firstlevel troubleshooting and coordinates with Central IT and service providers when required. • Manages user accounts, access rights, and authorization processes in accordance with corporate IT and security procedures. • Supports Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other corporate enduser technologies. • Ensures the operational continuity of factory and warehouse IT equipment, including handheld terminals, barcode scanners, barcode/label printers, industrial PCs, and other sitespecific IT devices. • Provides firstlevel enduser support for Logo Tiger ERP and other corporate applications; performs initial troubleshooting, escalates issues to Central IT/application teams where necessary, and follows through to resolution. • Monitors local IT systems and infrastructure, including backup, update, patching, and security processes in line with Central IT standards. • Supports the implementation of corporate information security and cybersecurity policies at the site and promptly reports security incidents or suspected security issues to the relevant teams. • Maintains and manages the inventory of IT hardware, software, licenses, and other IT assets, including installation, assignment, replacement, repair, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking. • Acts as the local technical coordinator for IT vendors and service providers, managing service requests, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and followup activities. • Supports local IT procurement activities, including technical requirements, quotations, vendor coordination, and related documentation. • Supports the local implementation of global IT projects, system migrations, infrastructure changes, and new technology deployments in coordination with Central IT teams. • Supports site readiness, testing, deployment, user communication, and postimplementation activities for IT projects and technology changes. • Supports the technical continuity of ITrelated local systems such as CCTV, access control, meeting room systems, and communication technologies within the defined IT scope. • Supports business continuity and disaster recovery activities for local IT systems and participates in relevant testing and recovery exercises. • Provides users with guidance and basic training on IT systems, equipment usage, and information security awareness. • Prioritizes and responds appropriately to IT incidents that may affect production, warehouse, logistics, or other critical site operations. • Maintains accurate records and documentation of incidents, requests, assets, changes, systems, and other local IT activities. • Prepares and shares relevant IT reports with Central IT and/or Local Management. • Ensures local IT operations remain aligned with corporate IT policies, standards, security requirements, and governance practices. • Maintains strong daytoday communication with Central IT teams and takes ownership of local issues from initial diagnosis through resolution or appropriate escalation. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Technologies, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in onsite IT support, infrastructure, or site IT operations, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, warehouse, or similar operational environment. • Handson experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WLAN. • Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, handheld terminals, barcode scanners, barcode/label printers, and other IT equipment. • Practical understanding of user account management, access rights, authorization processes, and basic IT administration. • Basic knowledge of information security and cybersecurity practices, including security policies, endpoint protection, access control, patching, and incident reporting. • Preferably experienced in providing enduser support for Logo Tiger ERP or similar ERP/business applications. • Experience working with IT vendors, telecom/internet providers, and external technical service providers. • Strong coordination, communication, ownership, problemsolving, and followup skills. • Ability to work independently as the local IT owner of a manufacturing site while maintaining close coordination with Central IT teams. • Ability to prioritize and respond effectively to IT incidents with potential impact on production and business operations. • Good command of English, Kurdish, and Arabic. • Willingness and ability to work in a manufacturing/site environment and support operational IT requirements as needed.
